Entry Requirements
The applicant is expected to have the following:
- 18 years and above
- Secondary or high school certificate or Level 3 Diploma in Customer Services or related discipline.
- Working experience is recommended but not mandatory.
- Speaking, writing and reading English language (no formal English language test is required)
- Valid passport or national identification card
Admission Session
This course is available throughout the year. Meanwhile, each academic session begins every month. For example, if you applied on the 13th of a month and you complete your admission procedure before the end of such month, your academic session begins on the 1st of the following month.

The main assessment of this course is a submission of an assignment (a portfolio of evidence). The course lecturer and DSE academic team assess it to determine the level of skills and knowledge of the student.
