Business Management

The BSc (Hons) Business Management pathway with ATHE Level 3, 4 and 5 Diplomas provides learners with a flexible and recognised route into UK university study. This pathway is designed for students who wish to build strong academic and practical knowledge in business, management, leadership, marketing, finance, human resources and organisational development. The ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business and Management supports learners who want to progress to a business or management degree, especially those who may not hold traditional university entry qualifications.

Learners are expected to progress from Level 3 to Level 4 and Level 5 Diplomas, developing higher-level understanding of business operations, strategic management and professional decision-making. In the UK qualification framework, Level 3 is broadly comparable to A levels, Level 4 to the first year of higher education, and Level 5 to foundation degree or HND level.

On successful completion of relevant ATHE Level 5 Business and Management qualifications, learners are eligible to progress to the final year or top-up stage of a BSc (Hons) Business Management degree at selected UK universities, subject to university admission requirements.
